This is the delivery process
We ship with various shipping companies and always choose the fastest option for your order based on weight and size. We have shipping agreements with what we consider the largest and best providers. You can choose to pick up your order from a nearby post office or have it delivered to your home, depending on the order.

Returns due to damage or defects
If you have received an order with one or more damaged or defective items, please contact us by email or chat. We will need the order number, name, explanation, and a picture of the product. Once we have received this information, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost. Please note that you must report this within 3 days for the claim to be valid.
Questions & Answers
Our delivery time is always fast, as your goods are shipped within 24 hours. This means you will have your items within 1-3 days across Norway. If you haven’t received your items within 7 days, please contact us.
We offer shipping with DAO, GLS, and PostNord. In our opinion, they are the best and safest partners in Norway.
All orders are shipped from MalmΓΆ, Sweden, which is very close to Oslo, Norway. This means you get the same delivery time as if you ordered from a Norwegian store.
We offer low shipping rates because we have a good partnership with our shipping partners. Our prices are divided into four groups:
- Orders under 1 kg cost from 39 kr
- Orders over 1 kg cost from 45 kr
- Home delivery from 45 kr
- Free shipping on orders over 499 kr if under 1 kg and over 749 kr if over 1 kg

If an item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will send you a new product. The damaged or defective item must be returned to us. Contact us via chat or email if this is the case.
