We offer delivery to addresses in United Kingdom. Normally, orders will be shipped within 1-4 business days after they are received. Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery method you select at checkout. The estimated delivery time will be provided in the shopping cart before you complete the order.
We offer discreet shipping, and all our packages are sent in neutral boxes with no references to Intimous or the contents.
4. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the item must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original condition. For hygienic reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of opened products.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us first via email to obtain a return authorization. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
